4. NO REFUND POLICY – ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the digital, licensed, and immediately accessible nature of the Services:

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO 8020 LEGACY ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:

Subscriptions (monthly, annual, or otherwise)

Licenses and renewals

Digital content, software access, and system delivery

Workshops, trainings, or educational materials

We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, chargeback reversals, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Lack of use or engagement

Cancellation after purchase

Dissatisfaction with results

Business performance or outcomes

Failure to implement systems

Technical misunderstanding or user error

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund.


5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

If your purchase includes a subscription:

Billing occurs automatically according to the plan selected

You may cancel future billing at any time

Cancellation stops future charges only

No refunds are issued for any current or past billing period

Access continues until the end of the paid period unless terminated for breach


6. License & Intellectual Property

All content, software, systems, workflows, automations, frameworks, branding, trademarks, and materials related to:

AI Employee

Reputation Management

Referral Engine

are the exclusive intellectual property of 8020 Legacy or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your internal business use only.

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or white-label without written authorization

Share access credentials

Copy, reverse engineer, or replicate systems

Use the Services to create competing products or services


7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Services lawfully and ethically

Maintain the security of your account

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws (including marketing, privacy, and consent laws)

Accept full responsibility for how the Services are deployed in your business

You acknowledge that results depend entirely on your execution, market conditions, and decisions.


8. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

8020 Legacy makes no guarantees regarding:

Revenue

Profit

Leads or conversions

Client acquisition

Business success or performance

Any examples, demonstrations, or case studies are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed outcomes.


9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services without notice and without refund if you:

Violate these Terms

Misuse intellectual property

Abuse the platform or other users

Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful conduct


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8020 Legacy shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Errors, interruptions, or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
